Pollet House Transformation

The existing mixed commercial and retail offices located in Pollet St, will be provided with a new full refurbishment in 2020, to create a bespoke new offering to the Guernsey commercial office market. FME working directly for the new owners have prepared all Mechanical and Electrical design information for the new building services and will be working alongside the contracting teams, to complete the new installations and to support incoming tenants, with their technical requirements.
